Why Danfoss Heat Tape and VLT 6000 HVAC Are the Smarter Investment: A Cost Controller’s Take

If you’re comparing bids for a commercial HVAC project and Danfoss comes up at a higher upfront price, here’s the short answer: pay the premium, save 20-35% over five years.

I manage procurement for a 200-person mechanical contractor. Our annual HVAC equipment budget runs about $450,000. Over the past 6 years, I’ve tracked every invoice, every service call, every premature failure.
